Swallows Barn    This 18th century barn conversion, in the rural hamlet of  Bottomhouse retains ambience and charm.  Swallows Barn offers well-equipped  accommodation with beams and views over rolling countryside.  The Barn offers an open plan living  area and   access to a separate patio, including a separate hot tub/Jacuzzi and BBQ.     Bottomhouse is classified as an Environmentally Sensitive Area for wildlife preservation, and many fine walks can be enjoyed, including a 12 mile walk  through the owners' land over Ipstones Edge.  The Tissington Trail, Alton Towers, Chatsworth House and Dovedale are within easy reach. Note:  BoJangles Barn & Swallows are available to sleep 21 people.    Accommodation:     Sleeps up to 7 in three bedrooms.  Bedroom 1, a double bed interconnecting to Bedroom 2, with two single beds (low beamed  ceiling) Bedroom 3, one double bed and one single bed.  The ground floor includes a relaxing lounge area with an open plan wooden staircase, flat screen tv/dvd and free view, leather sofas and an oak dining  table and chairs seating eight people.  There is a separate fitted kitchen including electric cooker, wine cooler, fridge freezer and dishwasher.   The  property offers two ground floor separate shower rooms.  Washing machine and tumble dryer are available in an adjacent barn.  Access to the patio area  via the French window which includes garden furniture, BBQ and hot tub.  Access:  Accessible by car, bicycle, bus, train and public transport, parking for 3 cars.  Suitable:  For all ages. Notes:  No smoking, no pets. Luxury Items:  Hot Tub / Jacuzzi, Wine Cooler.
